Tron franchise

It is highly recommended to also watch the two previous films in the “Tron” franchise, if you haven’t watched them yet. The first is “Tron: An Electronic Odyssey”, released in 1981, and was one of the first films to use CGI in cinema.
Jeff Bridges stars as a video game programmer who is transported to a digital world, where he is forced to participate in a gladiatorial game and tries to escape. The work became cult.
The sequel came out much later, in 2010. “Tron: Legacy” follows the son (Garrett Hedlund) of the character from the previous film, who is also transported to the digital world. Jeff Bridges also stars in this film, which also stars Olivia Wilde.
