Hennessey Venom 800 Ford F-150, to meet the demand of performance enthusiasts

The Texan Preparer Hennessey is recognized for producing high performance versions of many vehicles, especially those from the Ford range. The preparer has forged a specialized place in a specialized market, and according to John Hennessey, founder and CEO of the company, demand for ultra-performance trucks continues to grow strongly.

In order to satisfy this growing appetite, Hennessey recently unveiled the brand new Venom 800 F-150a great truck as performing on the road as in all-terrain. Following the traces of the Raptor R, which offers 300 horsepower more than the standard model, the Venom 800 F-150 is a unique alternative for those looking for an extraordinary full-size van.

As its name suggests, the Venom 800 is equipped with a 5.0-liter V8 engine developing a phenomenal power of 800 horsepower and a torque of 757 pounds. This increase in performance makes it possible to reach 0-100 km/h in just 3.4 seconds and a time of 11.7 seconds in the quarter of Mile.

These additional 400 horsepower are mainly generated thanks to the addition of a 3.0-liter volumetric compressor, an improved air-water heat exchanger, a high performance fuel injection and a high-speed air induction system, all optimized by a unique calibration of the Hennessey engineers team. The rich engine sound is ensured by a double-tip Cat-Back exhaust. The braking power, on the other hand, is guaranteed by powerful Brembo brakes with six pistons.

The model also has a six-inch raised BDS suspension with Fox shock absorbers, improved rear shock absorbers, 20-inch Hennessey wheels and 35-inch all-terrain tires. The front and rear steel bumper Venom add a robust touch.
