Director of Master’s Trick 3 says that “the film would be incomplete” without this special appearance from a former cast member – Cinema News
The Four Horsemen played by Jesse Einsenberg, Woody Harrelson, Isla Fisher and Dave Franco are back for Master’s Trick: The 3rd Act. The film premieres tomorrow. November 13th in cinemas, Brazilians.
Master Trick: The 3rd Act marks the return of the illusionists to the Robin Hood style after almost a decade. In the new film in the saga, which premieres tomorrow, November 13th, we will still have the original formation of the Four Knights seen in the first volume, Trick of the Master, from 2013.
Now You See Me: Now You Don’t (in the original language) will take advantage of the franchise’s long plot hiatus. The plot will bring together the group The Four Horseman after a breakup caused by arguments and the members’ egos on a mission to save the world from a power-hungry construction company.
Jesse Einsenberg (Daniel Atlas), Dave Franco (Jack Wilder), Woody Harrelson (Merritt McKinney) and Isla Fisher (Henley Reeves), the original cast of Now You See Me, will reprise their roles in Act Three. Fisher was absent from the second film due to an accident during the filming of the first, being replaced by Lizzy Caplan in the sequel.

At the time, many people believed that changing the female member would work, since the team’s intimacy and the romance between Henley and Daniel were very well established. However, Caplan fit like a glove in the Knights’ endeavor by playing the eccentric and daring Lula.
As the new character ended up falling in favor with the public, questions of distrust were converted into questions about why the Mean Girls actress did not appear in any video or promotional material for Trick of the Master 3. As a result, director Ruben Fleischer released a “spoiler” about her participation:
“Lula is definitely one of my favorite characters in the entire franchise and I think a Trickster film would be incomplete without her. That said, there’s only one way to know for sure: go to the cinema and watch the film,” said Fleischer in an interview with Variety.
