American icon: Ford F series celebrates 48 years of leadership and offers the most complete range of the segment in Argentina

EThe best -selling vehicle in North America is neither a SUV, nor a sedan but a pick up: the mythical Ford F series ended 2024 as the best -selling truck by 48th consecutive year and also as the best selling vehicle of the industry in the continent for 43 years. This impressive retrospect demonstrates the prestige of the Full Size pick up of the oval brand, which is also the world leader of the segment, with more than 41,000,000 units sold since 1948 with the remembered F1 that began the saga.

The company emphasizes that this lasting legacy of the F series is the result of the constant search for quality and innovation and the trust that customers have in the product, since it offers the performance, robustness, technology, comfort and comfort they expect to carry out all their activities, both of work and leisure. In the United States, the current F series is characterized by offering the most complete range of industry models, from F-150 to F-600, with gasoline, diesel, hybrid and electric motors. Today, the F-150 is the flagship ship of the oval brand globally, being the pick up and the best selling vehicle in its native country for almost 50 years.

In Argentina, the F-100 has had a similar impact, playing a fundamental role in the development of the country. Even today, thousands of these pick ups, with 40, 50 or even 60 years old, continue working with the same robustness as the first day. Since the return of the F-50 series, it became the best-selling Full Size pick up in 2023, with more than 500 units delivered and a total of 2,300 units sold since its launch in 2019, which positioned it as a leader in its category also in our country.

Today, with the arrival of the new generation and new variants such as the F-150 Lariat Hybrid Powerboost and F-150 Tremor V8 5.0 presented in October, the brand offers the widest range of its segment.
