Byd Dolphin Mini is elected best urban car in the world in 2025 by the World Car Awards

The electric model surpassed twelve competitors, including the Hyundai Inster/Casper Electric and the Mini Cooper Electric. The choice was made by a jury of ninety -six journalists from thirty countries, who evaluated the vehicles based on testing and analysis.

To be considered in the category, cars must be produced in at least five thousand units annually and sold in two large markets of different continents between January 1, 2024 and March 30, 2025. In addition, models cannot exceed 4.25 meters long and must be approved for circulation on public roads. This is the second consecutive time that Dolphin Mini has been a finalist in the category.
