Getting to know the history of Year One

The comedy adventure takes us back to the prehistoric era, where we meet Zed and Oh. Zed is a terribly clumsy hunter and Oh is a shy and insecure fruit gatherer. They are great friends, but they are also the biggest losers in their tribe.

Their lives change forever when Zed, in an act of curious rebellion, decides to eat a forbidden fruit from the Tree of Wisdom.

For this crime, he is banished from the village. Out of loyalty, Oh decides to accompany his friend on his journey through the vast and unknown world in Year One.

What follows is an epic and completely absurd journey through ancient history, where the pair encounter a series of famous biblical figures, one after another.

They meet Cain and Adam shortly after the incident in the garden, stop Abraham from sacrificing his son Isaac, and end up arriving in the infamous city of Sodom.

There, they make a shocking discovery: the rest of their tribe, who expelled them, have been captured and are being held as slaves by the local king.

Now, the two misfits must put their fear aside and become heroes. They decide to risk their lives to rescue the women they love, Maya and Eema, in a clumsy and hilarious rescue mission in the most depraved city in the ancient world.
