The sequence of Bruna Surfistinha It’s full steam ahead. Deborah Seccowho played the real character in the first film, shared behind-the-scenes images of Bruna Surfistinha 2 on your social networks. The photos include meetings with the castmates, Drica Moraes, Fabíula Nascimento e Cassius Gabus Mendes and the first script reading with the film’s team.
Furthermore, the actress also shared a video showing her “transformation” process into Bruna, dying her hair blonde to return to playing the titular businesswoman, whose real name is Rachel Pacheco.
In an interview with TVZ, from Multishow, in August this year, Deborah revealed that the filming of Bruna Surfistinha 2 should start between November and December, in São Paulo.
“We are finalizing the script, but it is a continuation of this film that I never imagined I would do,” she told the network. “Then I dress up as Bruna Surfistinha for the Vogue Ball (in 2023) and I see that people are still interested in the character. We decided to embark on this journey, which is going to be crazy, right? But we’re going to do it with a lot of love and I hope everyone enjoys this continuation of the story.”
Launched in 2011, the first Bruna Surfistinha was based on the book The Sweet Poison of Scorpio: The Diary of a Call Girlpublished by Raquel in 2005. The film brought more than 2 million people to the cinemas.
Little has been revealed about the sequel, but it is likely that its plot will focus on Raquel’s life and career after leaving prostitution and becoming a businesswoman, speaker, writer and DJ.
Directed by Marcus Baldiniwho also directed the original feature, Bruna Surfistinha 2 There is no release date.
