Doomsday – Film will have record number of hero deaths in Marvel history

Avengers: Doomsday, scheduled to hit theaters next December, will break the record for heroes in a single Marvel film. And that will have consequences.

Yes, Infinity War and Endgame were already two films full of Marvel superheroes, but now the studio will go further. Thanks to the multiverse, the new film in the Avengers franchise will have the largest cast in the history of the MCU.

The new film will bring together the Avengers, the X-Men, the Fantastic Four and everything else you’d expect. But as not everything can be just joy, the film also promises to shock fans in movie theaters.

Avengers: Doomsday will break record for hero deaths!

Recently, the internet was abuzz with the possible leak that Bucky Barnes/Winter Soldier could die in the film (check it out). However, production must go further.

Thanks to the multiverse, which will provide different variants of several heroes, the film must commit a mass massacre of characters beloved by Marvel fans.

According to journalist Daniel Richtman, the end of Vingadores: Doomsday will be much more shocking than the end of Infinite Warwhich, until then, holds the record for hero deaths in a Marvel film.

However, that record is about to change at the end of the year, which is when the new Avengers film will premiere. However, it is worth remembering that Avengers: Endgame undone most of the deaths seen in Infinite War.

Therefore, it may be that Avengers: Secret Wars, which premieres in 2027, will also undo a good part of the deaths we will see in Doomsday.
