Com Vingadores: Doomsday in post-production and the first trailer for the film expected to be released next month, it is clear that news would begin to emerge from within the industry.

O insider James Mackwho had already detailed the heroes’ uniforms before the official release, published on his account on X (formerly Twitter) that, in some 3D tests for the film, Namor (Tenoch Huerta) is seen fighting in the middle of a gigantic tsunami, caused by him. In the scene, there is also a giant octopus and the Talokanil army. A warrior named Andromeda is part of the army, as is a soldier with flippers, whose name has not been released.

All about Vingadores: Doomsday

Marvel has already confirmed the main cast names for the new film, in one of the biggest meetings of MCU stars ever held. From the previous films of Avengers, return: Chris Hemsworth as Thor, Anthony Mackie as Captain America, Sebastian Stan as Winter Soldier, Paul Rudd as Ant-Man, Winston Duke as M’Baku and Letitia Wright.

Of characters introduced post-Avengers: Endgame – in phases 4 and 5 of the MCU – we have Simu Liu as Shang-Chi, Danny Ramirez as Falcon, the entire new Fantastic Four (Pedro Pascal as Mr. Fantastic, Vanessa Kirby as Invisible Woman, Joseph Quinn as Human Torch and Ebon Moss-Bachrach as the Thing) and almost the entire cast of Thunderbolts* (Florence Pugh as Yelena, Wyatt Russell as U.S. Agent, David Harbor as Red Guardian, Hanah John-Kamen as Ghost, and Lewis Pullman as Bob the Sentinel).

In a live cast announcement, there was also the big surprise of the film so far: the return of the classic X-Men from the old Fox films, including Patrick Stewart as Professor Deadpool & Wolverine, Channing Tatum como Gambit.

The villain of the story, meanwhile, will be Robert Downey Jr.’s Doctor Doom. Vingadores: Doomsday will be directed by brothers Anthony and Joe Russo (Finished), and screenplay by Michael Waldron (Loki) e Stephen McFreely (Finished).

The debut of Vingadores: Doomsday was set for December 18, 2026 in Brazil, preparing the ground for Avengers: Secret Wars em 2027.
