“Fans don’t need to be so sad”: After Our Fault, Mercedes Ron reveals what to expect from the future of My Fault: London (Interview) – Cinema News
Nicole Wallace and Gabriel Guevara play the troubled couple Noah and Nick for the last time in Culpa Nuestra. The end of the Culpables saga, by Mercedes Ron, is now available for streaming on Amazon Prime Video.
After car races, kidnappings, DNA tests and countless arguments, Nick and Noah’s rocky romance finally ends happily ever after. Our Fault is now available for streaming in the Amazon Prime Video catalogue, but the last film starring Gabriel Guevara and Nicole Wallace is not the definitive end of the saga.
Just like in Mercedes Ron’s books, the story of Culpables was tied up on screen in three volumes. In the first two films we see the protagonists fighting not to be separated. Now, in Nossa Culpa, there is another dynamic, as they are trying to escape these feelings and the problems they bring. Despite all the challenges, the passion they feel for each other is irresistible.
The conclusion of the My Fault novel will have another point of view in the British version

In addition to the new feature film, we will still have plenty of time to enjoy (or face) Nick and Noah’s journey on screen. The British version of the Culpables trilogy will also be completed in three volumes and addresses the trajectory of the protagonist couple from a different perspective, which, for Mercedes Ron, is the biggest attraction of the remake:
“The truth is that I love the English adaptation. I think it’s totally different from the Spanish one, something that I think is really cool, but we got to see another Nick and Noah. I think they explored the characters in a different way and that’s really cool to see”, said Ron in an exclusive statement to I LoveCinema.
The English adaptation stars Asha Banks (Handbook for Good Girls) and Matthew Broome (The Buccaneers). At the time of the interview with the author, in April, Your Fault and Our Fault were still being filmed together, but the recording of the sequels to My Fault: London had already been completed:
“Now they are filming the second and third, I’m going to film very soon, something I really want to do. Also, it’s good that (Culpa Nuestra) is not just a goodbye, but it’s a goodbye and a see you later, because we have these two films that are coming and the fans don’t need to be so sad”, concluded Mercedes.
In addition to Aisha and Matthew, actors Scarlett Rayner (Briar), Joel Nankervis (Michael), Louisa Binder (Sophia) and Orlando Norman (Cruz) join the cast of the sequel.
Your Fault: London is scheduled to premiere in 2026. Meanwhile, the three Spanish Culpables films are now available in the Amazon Prime Video catalog.
