Ford F-Series Super Duty 2025, with new image and version Platinum Plus

Ford has just presented in the United States the new F-Series Super Duty 2025. It is true, this model does not change much with respect to 2023, which was when it was updated deeply, but the firm of the blue oval decided to renew it before the imminent arrival of rivals such as the nueva Ram Heavy Duty 2025.

So what is new for 2025? Well, we have a limited list composed of the introduction of two new colors known as Avalanche and Ruby Red Metallic Cleared Clearcoat. There is also an appearance package with updated black tones. Also, a new Ford Pro 2.0 vehicle integration system is added.

In addition, we have slight changes for each version. For example, in the Platinum package handles are now integrated into the color of the body, as well as a black painted grill. Inside, there is a new Black Onyx finish. As for Lariant, Activex upholstery is now equipped and a new wrapped steering wheel. You will also find a fixed rear window with privacy glass.

However, the main novelty is the incorporation of the new Platinum plus versionwhich is distinguished by the satin grill with bright chrome inserts, as well as an exclusive interior “smoked truffle”.

This finish is distinguished by incorporating elements such as reclining seats lined with drilled Venetian skin with French seams. It also adds a 7 KW Pro Power Onboard system. By the way, this package includes the Blue Tier state in the FordPass Rewards program.

Where there are news, it is in the mechanical section, Since the XL, XLT and Lariat versions are now driven by a 6.8 L V8 that produces 405 HP and 445 lb-fo of torque. The 7.3-liter V8 is still alive, but now it is limited to the King Ranch and Platinum models, where it produces 430 HP and 485 lb-pir of torque.

However, it is worth mentioning that all versions can also be equipped with a 6.7 -liter Power Stroke diesel engine. The input version produces 475 HP and 1,050 lb-pie, while the high performance variant increases that figure at 500 hp and 1,200 lb-pir of torque.

Will it get to Mexico? Well, if we consider what is seen in the current range of the blue oval firm. We can expect the presence of this updated pickup is more than confirmed.
