Harry Potter: First image of Hogwarts in the series is revealed; look!

Production on the first season of the HBO original series ‘Harry Potter’ is in full swing! Based on the books of J.K Rowling, Unpublished records of the first look at the iconic Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry were released on social media this Friday, the 10th.

Still under construction, the architecture is being built at Berrybushes Farm, in the United Kingdom, with five sets already located: the Quidditch pitch, the greenhouse for herbology classes — also known as the Greenhouse —, the main castle where conventional classes take place and, finally, Hagrid’s Hut.

Adapting ‘Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone’, the series is scheduled to debut in the HBO Max catalog between the end of 2026 and the first half of 2027, but there is still no exact date.

About the series

With the proposal to faithfully adapt the saga created by the British writer J.K Rowling, HBO reports that the series’ proposal is to “explore every corner of the wizarding world, each season will take ‘Harry Potter’ and his incredible adventures to new and old audiences”, thus preparing seven seasons following the iconic wizard.

Part of the cast for the first episodes of the series has already been selected and released to the public by the producer, including: Dominic McLaughlin assuming the leading role of Harry Potter, while his faithful friends will be played by Arabella Stanton like Hermione and Alastair Stout Like Ron Weasley.

The iconic Hogwarts teachers will be played by Jonh Lithgow like Albus Dumbledore, Janet McTeer like Minerva McGonagall, Especially essudes like Severus Snape and Nock Frost taking on the role of Rubeus Hagrid.
