The plot focuses on Amaia (Susana Abaitua), a civil guard agent who infiltrates ETA for a decade (1958-2018). The film is inspired by real experiences of various police officers involved in the fight against said terrorist organization, specifically in the decades of the 90s and 2000s, during the search for the caches that the gang had hidden in the south of France.

Directed by Agustín Díaz Yanes (‘Alatriste’) and with a duration of 105 minutes, ‘A ghost in the battle’ completes its cast with Andrés Gertrúdix, Iraia Elias, Raúl Arévalo and Ariadna Gil, among others.
