On Sunday morning, October 26, his mortal remains were brought to his home for antim darshan. Thereafter, the veteran actor, who made all laugh, was laid to rest amid tearful goodbyes from family and friends at Pawan Hans crematorium located in Vile Parle West, Mumbai. His industry colleagues and pals, including Jackie Shroff, Sumeet Raghavan, Rupali Ganguli, Ashoke Pandit, and others, paid their final respects during the last rites
