In the peaceful town where Sidney Prescott rebuilt his life, a new Ghostface resurfaced. When her daughter becomes the next target, Sidney has no choice but to face terror again. Determined to protect her loved ones, she finds herself confronted with her darkest memories in an attempt to end, once and for all, the cycle of violence that has pursued her for decades.
This seventh opus combines psychological tension and homage to the origins of the franchise, bringing the figure of Sidney to the heart of the story. The film promises a final duel where past and present come together in a bloody and personal fight.

Written by Guy Busick and Kevin Williamson, based on characters imagined by Williamson and Wes Craven, the film is produced by William Sherak, James Vanderbilt and Paul Neinstein. The cast also includes Jasmin Savoy Brown, Mason Gooding, Anna Camp, Joel McHale, Mckenna Grace and Mark Consuelos.
With a nervous staging and a more intimate tone, Scream 7 is part of the continuity of the renewal of the saga, exploring the transmission of fear between generations and survival in the face of an evil that refuses to die.
