Taylor Swift confirms series and film about “The Eras Tour” on Disney+
Taylor Swift confirmed this Monday morning (13) another chapter of its great The Eras Tour. After breaking box office records and being considered the “tour of the century”, the sequence of shows will get a series of six episodes and a film, with the complete show, on Disney+. The best? The announcement was made on North American morning TV Good Morning America. According to her own Taylorthe series was named “The Eras Tour | The End of An Era” and the film as “The Eras Tour | The Final Show”.
The series has been described as “a six-episode behind-the-scenes documentary series chronicling the ‘development, impact and inner workings’ of the record-breaking career retrospective world tour.” The film will be a complete show from the tour, more specifically the show in which Taylor debuted the album block “Tortured Poets Department”.
“It was the end of an era and we knew it. We wanted to remember every moment that led to the culmination of the most important and intense chapter of our lives, so we allowed filmmakers to capture this tour and all the stories intertwined with it as it came to an end. And also film the final show in its entirety,” Taylor said via Instagram.
