Diane Keaton — “It’s a terrible illness, which I dealt with in a very clumsy way at first. Psychoanalysis helped me overcome it. Not only did I not tell anyone about what was going on, I was determined never to stop doing it again. I was a glutton. And I changed completely when I was able to talk. I owe a lot to that analyst, I stopped because of her. I really got over it. Today I have a completely balanced diet, I don’t eat meat or fish. I take care of myself. It passed. But talking was essential. That’s what I recommend to anyone going through this.”

“We are friends, very good friends to this day, and I don’t say that from the inside out. Of course we have a common past to remember, but our relationship remains strong, it is updated, we talk a lot on a daily basis. But I don’t know if we will still work together. Who knows, one day, I won’t rule out the chance.”

“I’m a single mother, and this isn’t easy. A man is essential, he would help a lot to share the tasks with me, to accompany the miracle of their growth. We have problems, of course, like everyone else. But I think we’re doing well.”
